If the records aren't for you, email hello@islandofstrangers.net within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount through Stripe. No explanation required.

After 14 days, refunds are handled case by case. If the records are broken, corrupted, or never delivered, contact us at any time — we will repair the download or refund it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe typically processes them within 5 – 10 business days.

Because the records are delivered as digital files, requesting a refund ends your license to read them; please delete your copies. Questions about a specific order can go to hello@islandofstrangers.net.
